IMAZ training Week 15

I am posting this a week late and backdating it so it falls in the right place in the timeline.

Basically this week should have been my last build week but I had a niggling hop flexor that I babied most of the week; icing stretching, foam rolling, massage, hottub and reduced volume and it seems to be fine now (a week later).
